*To maintain the quality of your custom pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with sunscreen, perfumes, lotions, and moisture. Please refrain from wearing your charm jewelry while showering, swimming, sleeping, or working out.
Please note that charms are secured using NON welded jump rings. Please use care when wearing your handmade Sea Fern Jewelry.
“I lost a charm on my charm jewelry”
We offer a 14 day warranty on all charm bar purchases. This covers clasp repairs and replacement if any charms should fall off, given that the piece has only been subject to normal wear and tear. If we determine that your jewelry is past the point of repair due to mishandling or improper use of the jewelry, we retain the right to politely send it back to you. This of course will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

“I broke my jewelry”

How do I start a jewelry claim?
In order to initiate the repair process, please email your information, order number or purchase detail (including receipt) and description of the issue to seaferncollection@gmail.com.
Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
General wear and tear.
Improper handling, accidents or failure to follow the care guide.
Scratches, chips, or discoloration due to exposure to moisture, chemicals, or air.
Lost or stolen items or parts.
All sales are final and non-refundandable. Custom charm jewelry may not be exchanged. Sea Fern is not responsible for metal allergies or improper care of jewelry.
